15.1.5 Adding the three eForm templates to a folder in the target Object Store
The three eForms template files are used as follows:
o FNOL
FNOL – AC -db2.itx
o Request for Damage Estimation
Auto Damage Estimation Request – AC.itx
o Damage estimate
Auto Damage Estimate – AC.itx
Create a new Target Object Store (TOS1) Folder object, under the Root Folder object, for the eForms Templates as shown in Figure 15.34:

Create the new folder with the name EformTemplates as shown in Figure 15.35:

Click Next> leaving the default property settings as shown in Figure 15.36:

Click Next> using the default retention period as shown in Figure 15.37:

Click Finish to create the folder with the summary of the settings as shown in Figure 15.38:

After clicking Finish the creation statistics are shown in Figure 15.39:

Click Close and select the created EformTemplates folder and click Actions and select New Document as shown in Figure 15.40:

Select the ITX Form Template Document class as shown in Figure 15.41:

Enter the document title as FNOL-AC-DB2 as shown in Figure 15.42:

Click Next> and then click Add and Browse to the content as shown in Figure 15.43:

Browse, and click Open the highlighted FNOL-AC-db2.itx file as shown in Figure 15.44:

Select the Add Content command as shown in Figure 15.45:

Click Next after the Add Content Element window is closed as shown in Figure 15.46:

Click Next> leaving the default property settings as shown in Figure 15.47:

Click Next> leaving the boxes unticked as shown in Figure 15.48:

Click Next> leaving the default retention date settings as shown in Figure 15.49:

Click Finish to create the document with the summary of the settings as shown in Figure 15.51:

After clicking Finish the creation statistics are shown in Figure 15.52:

The Refresh button is selected to display the new FNOL-AC-DB2 document as shown in Figure 15.53:

Close and repeat the document import steps above for the other two ITX Form Template files. Auto Damage Estimate – AC.itx, as shown in Figure 15.54:

Click Finish to display the status of the creation of the Auto Damage Estimation Request – AC.itx template file, as shown in Figure 15.57:
