13.2.1 Downloading the IBM Case Manager Interim Fix software package
There is an Interim Fix Available 5.3.3.0-ICM-LINUX-IF011 released on 9th September, 2022.

The 5.3.3.0-ICM-LINUX-IF011 fix supports the following IBM minimum software versions:
• IBM Content Navigator V3.0.11.0 Interim Fix 005
• IBM Content Navigator V3.0.12.0 Interim Fix 001
• IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine V5.5.7.0 Interim Fix 003
• IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine V5.5.8.0 Interim Fix 002
• IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine V5.5.9.0
• WebSphere Application Server V9.0.5.12 and later
• Apple Safari V15.5
• Google Chrome V103
• Mozilla Firefox V91.12 ESR
• Mozilla Firefox V102.1
• Microsoft Edge 103 (Chromium)
The Interim Fix is searched for in IBM Fix Central as shown in Figure 13.64:

The following files are downloaded using HTTP links as shown in Figure 13.65:

Create the Fix Pack installation directory:
mkdir /opt/IBM/Installs/ICN_3_0_11FP
cd /opt/IBM/Installs/ICN_3_0_11FP/
After the Fix Pack installation downloads follow the procedure as follows:
cd /opt/IBM/CaseManagement/configure
Copy the downloaded Fix Pack and extract the installer:
cp /root/Downloads/5.3.3.0-ICM-LINUX-IF011.tar.gz .
tar -zxvf 5.3.3.0-ICM-LINUX-IF011.tar.gz
Run the IBM InstallAnywhere installation program for IBM Case Manager 5.3.3, Fix Pack 11:
export IATEMPDIR=/opt/IBM/tmp/
./5.3.3.0-ICM-LINUX-IF011.BIN

Note: The IBM Case Manager Configuration Manager program was found to run with all features working after setting the environment variable, SWT_GTK3, so the GTK2 version was used. Ensure that the WebSphere application servers, with profiles AppSrv01 and AppSrv02 are both running:
cd /opt/IBM/CaseManagement/configure
export SWT_GTK3=0
./configmgr

Untick the BPM option (Since we are using FileNet Process Engine 5.5.10).
