Rules ODMMessages.jar copy to fix the solution validate issues 2 – Importing the Case Manager Solution

The first step, is to add users to the Auto Claims solution roles, using the Manage Roles menu item, as shown in Figure 14.34:

In the Manage Roles window, we click to select Add Users and Groups on the Adjuster role as shown in Figure 14.35:

Select the Add Users and Groups to each of the listed roles, as shown in Figure 14.36:

The users are added to the Adjuster Role, and we then click on the Administrative Clerk role as highlighted in Figure 14.37 and select the Add Users and Groups command again:

Users are added to each role as shown in Figure 14.38 for the Supervisor Role:

Click __ Save to show the IBM Case Manager page for Auto Claims as shown in Figure 14.39:

Note: Click Manage Roles as highlighted in Figure 14.39, to change or Add new users to each of the roles.
We can now click on the Add Case drop-down and select the General Claim case type, as highlighted in Figure 14.40:

Enter the Case Details as shown in Figure 14.41:

Select the Vehicle tab to enter the insurance claim vehicle details, as shown in Figure 14.42:

Select the Claim tab to enter the insurance claim details, as shown in Figure 14.43:

Select the Actions tab to tick the insurance claim actions to be taken, as shown in Figure 14.44:

We tick all the boxes as shown in Figure 14.44 and then click the Add command button. Then, we select the Adjuster role and display the two cases as shown in Figure 14.45:

Adjuster now has two cases in the Inbasket, the CSR role has 1 case in their Inbasket as shown in Figure 14.46:

The Fraud Investigator role has 1 case created as shown in Figure 14.47:

On double-clicking on the case created, after using Search, as shown in Figure 14.48 we get an error in a pop-up window, as shown in Figure 14.49:

The AppSrv02, SystemOut.log file shows the error highlighted as follows in Figure 14.50:

We get the error found in the log as follows:
com.filenet.api.exception.EngineRuntimeException: FNRCR0081E: RETRIEVE_PROPERTY_NOT_DEFINED: The property EntryTemplateObjectStoreName is not defined.

As shown in Figure 14.50, from the IBM WebSphere applications server, AppSrv02 profile log: /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv02/logs/server1/SystemOut.log, we can view the log as shown in Figure 14.51:

On viewing the Record Claim task, using the Learn more link we get the pop-up window error [FNRPE2131090218E]Cannot find the stored procedure database logon information for “DemoDB”, as shown in Figure 14.52:
